US and Aussie Pitmaster BBQ Masterclass
SATURDAY 27TH JULY 10am—4pm

US Pitmaster Andy Groneman from Smoke On Wheels needs no introduction. A 25 year, second generation competition veteran of all things meat, wood and fire, we are honoured for him to consider Perth as a place to pass on his wealth of knowledge, and share the love of BBQ with West Aussies.

For those on the Aussie BBQ competition circuit, our second guest, Kurt Hidayat of Fastlane BBQ, holds the most KCBS Grand Championship titles out of any Australian team, as well as multiple wins and countless places across all categories.

The class will go for 6 hours and cover both competition and back-yard techniques of the 4 main proteins of brisket, pork ribs, chicken and pork and you will receive expert tuition on how to extract the best out of both.
